Share Your Feedback, Report an Error or Make a Complaint

Your feedback helps us make our health information clearer, safer, and more useful for families and professionals affected by Bruck Syndrome. We log and review every piece of feedback we receive:

• Report a Factual or Clinical Error (24–48 Hour Priority Triage): If you spot anything in our guides or website that you believe is clinically inaccurate, outdated, or unclear, please email info@brucksyndrome.org with the subject "Information Review". Our Designated Health Information Lead will review it within 24 hours and verify with our Scientific Advisory Committee within 48 hours.

• Share Suggestions or Positive Feedback: Let us know what topics you would like us to cover next or how a guide has helped your family. Your insights directly shape our resource updates and 6-monthly impact evaluations.

• Formal Complaints Procedure (28-Day Resolution): If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our information or services, please write to our Board of Trustees at info@brucksyndrome.org. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and provide a full written response within 28 days
